The retention of these data does not affect the secrecy of communications and they may only be used in the context of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or to the Ministry that requests them. Data will be disclosed to the State Security Forces in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data.

PROMOTORA CULTURAL OLCADE, SL holds all copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how and any other rights relating to the content of the website www.galeriapilares.es and the services offered on it, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and the related information.

Restoration of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to PROMOTORA CULTURAL OLCADE, SL.
